SPIDER SPORT’s team is made up of the best specialists in personal training in Bulgaria. Its members are young people for whom sports and maintaining their body healthy is a lifestyle. Most of them are active athletes – medalists at national and Balkan level, competitors at Olympic Games. Thanks to the unique system developed by Milko Georgiev the personal trainers can fully utilize their experience in their work with clients.
Milko Georgiev is the founder of the training and nutrition systems of SPIDER SPORT sport club. He was born in 1976. He grew up in a sports family and has been active in sports since early childhood. He practiced Taekwondo - medalist at a national championship, volleyball, hockey, running, cycling. He graduated from the Technical University of Bulgaria with a Master degree in IT engineering and completed a second Master degree in Sport, Fitness and Health. He speaks English and Russian.
Milko has more than 15 years of experience in personal and group training. He has systemized his experience and knowledge and applies them successfully in his work as a personal trainer and in the training in the SPIDER SPORT Academy. He is the author of precise and effective programs for strength, strength endurance, volume, muscle tonus and shape, flexibility, speed, endurance. He is also the Lead Software Enginner for all the software systems created and currently used by SPIDER SPORT and its clients.
He is an expert in High Fat-Low Carb Nutrition. He has shared his knowledge and experience in proper nutrition in more than 40 TV shows as well as in lectures and seminars at international conferences.
He has a holistic view on physical and spiritual well-being which he has turned into a system for excellent health. He maintains his body fat under 5% all year round in a completely natural way.
Maria Mitova was born in 1986. She grew up in a sports family and has been an active athlete and dancer since early childhood. She has competed in national and international youth championships in European handball. She has been part of the Bulgarian folklore dance ensemble “Rosna Kitka” for 14 years with many performances at international festivals. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College in the U.S. and a Master’s degree in Sports, Fitness and Health. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
She has been a personal trainer at SPIDER SPORT since 2013 with a focus on General Condition Training and Stretching. She has won first, second and third place for women in the multidiscipline competition SPIDER GAMES. Maria gives lectures and leads practical seminars on nutrition in Bulgaria and at international conferences. Having 3 years experience in Oracle’s health software division, she is also the Design Consultant on all software projects developed by SPIDER SPORT.
As Director of Business Development, lecturer and personal trainer she works to share SPIDER SPORT’s valuable know-how with more people and aspires to grow the club into an international chain for personal training and nutrition consulting.
Dimitar Gaidov was born in 1986. His Bachelor’s degree is in Marketing and Management. He has experience in insurance, sales, product development, marketing and management. He speaks English.
He has been a sports professional since 2002. He has participated in a number of competitions in downhill bike riding and has been awarded the title of Republican and Balkan champion many times.
As a manager Dimitar is working towards the improvement of the personal training service, the development of the fitness vacations and the popularization of Spider Sport’s system for dieting and training through franchise.
Velislava Jelyazkova was born in 1979. She has practiced and competed in rhythmic gymnastics. She has graduated in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy.
Since 2011 she has been a personal trainer in SPIDER SPORT with a focus on Conditional training, General rehabilitation, Spine distortion rehabilitation and Stretching. She has won second place for women in the multidiscipline conditioning competition SPIDER GAMES.
She has a strong interest in the fields of biochemistry and physiology.
Angel Stoyanov was born in 1985. He has practiced in BUBA Basketball Club and has won 5th place in the republican championship two times. He has set a record in 330m and 990m disciplines in his high school, “35 SOU”. He has graduated in Kinesiotherapy from the National Sports Academy in Bulgaria. He speaks German.
Since 2008 he has been a personal trainer in SPIDER SPORT with specialization in Conditional training and General rehabilitation and Spinal cord distortion rehabilitation.
He develops his interest in sports by playing basketball and other outdoors activities.
Ina Nedyalkova is born in 1994. She went to a Sports high school and trained handball professionally for 7 years. She has won several prizes: 3rd place at the Youth National Championship, 3rd place at the Women National Championship and 2nd place Women Bulgaria Cup.
After going through a knee trauma and ACL reconstruction surgery, she decides to start studying rehabilitation. She graduates from the Medical University in Pleven with a major “Medical Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy.” She also has many years experience as a massage therapist.
Ina’s interests are diverse like herself and are focused on improving physical condition and motor skills, massage, personal development and literature.
Dimitar Agoncev was born in 1975. He has practiced field-sports, karate - shotokan, swimming, and has worked as a water life-guard. He has graduated in Swimming from the National Sports Academy.
Since 2005 with a 3-year gap he has been a personal trainer in SPIDER SPORT with specialization in Conditional training and Outdoors training.
He is also an instructor in skiing, snowboarding and bungee jumping.
Valentin Velchev was born in 1984. He has practiced basketball and volleyball. He has won third place in the republican basketball championship for cadets. He has graduated in Basketball and Physical Education Coaching from the National Sports Academy. He speaks German.
Since 2013 he has been a personal trainer in SPIDER SPORT with specialization in Conditional training.
Upon moving back to Bulgaria from Germany where he worked as a massage therapist he has found realization in SPIDER SPORT. He is interested in kinesiotherapy and good body - conditioning culture.
Stefan Stoychev was born in 1990. He has competed in volleyball and table tennis tournaments. He won a vice-republican award and two third places in children table tennis championships. He studies Transport Engineering in the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport in Sofia. He speaks English.
He has been a personal trainer in SPIDER SPORT since the beginning of 2014 with a focus on Conditional training, General rehabilitation, Spinal cord distortion rehabilitation and Stretching.
He is currently focused on a more detailed research of the musculoskeletal system among children and adults. He practices tennis and volleyball.
